In the course Business English – tailor-made we will pay attention to your specific learning aims. During the intake appointment we will discuss the targets and put together the course. After this course you will
- be able to express yourself in specific business situations (conversations, phone calls, emails, etc.)
- have a richer vocabulary relating to your own field
- know the most important grammar rules and their applications
- know how to avoid typical pitfalls
- be able to talk and write about issues that are important in your work
In this course
we will work with tailor-made material as much as possible. Depending on your learning targets we can also work with a course book, material from the internet or from your own work. The time investment (self-study and homework) in addition to the classes is about half an hour a day. You will receive a TaalKrachtig folder.
Business English – tailor-made
is taught at different levels and is suitable for everybody who has contact with English-speaking people. The starting level depends on your current knowledge (see article on Common European Framework of Reference for Languages). You can take the course individually or in a group. The classes will take place online or at IJsselstraat 37 in Utrecht (alternative location if desired by mutual agreement). The course is offered in packages of several lessons and takes as long as you want.
